Group Price Hotel Information

• • Parking- $7 per car / per night
  • Reservations must be made by 3/24/20 to guarantee available space at the group rate of $129 plus 12.195% tax.
  • Hotel check-in time is after 4pm on the day of arrival.  Check out time is before 11am on the day of departure.  Guests arriving before 4pm will be accommodated if rooms are available.  Individual checking out after 11am will incur an additional charge, however, the hotel can assist with arrangements for group baggage storage.
  • Cancellations must be done 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid loss of deposit or cancellation fee on their credit card.
  • Each individual will be asked for a form of payment at check-in, via credit card or cash deposit.
